Benefits & Student Feedback

There are many studies on the benefits of Tai Chi.

 

Although some of the most profound effects on your well-being can be subtle, and difficult to quantify, some of the well documented benefits are;

I use an anonymous survey tool to get feedback from my students, so that classes and courses can be improved.
