Tai Chi for Life - 6 Week Beginners Course

Everything you need to get started in tai chi, for total body & mind health. Delivered in a friendly, supportive environment.

 

  • Strengthen the body 

  • Focus the mind 

 

  • Relieve pain, stress & tension 

 

  • Improve balance & co-ordination 

 

  • Improve circulation 

 

  • Boost the immune system 

 

  • Boost energy levels 

 

 

We will be practicing;

 

  • Loosening exercises
     

  • Standing meditation

  • Moving meditation / Qigong 

 

  • Tai chi walking 

 

  • Simple partner work 

  • Section 1 of a Yang style 37 step tai chi form

 

Each course consist of; 

 

  • Six, two hour classes

  • A training video every week

 

 

Dates & venues.

Evening course begins Monday 7th January, 6pm to 8pm.

Morning course begins Wednesday 9th January, 10am to 12pm.
